Stress is something we can now quantify thanks to biosensors, but I’m thinking of taking this concept further by creating wearable stress trackers that measure cortisol levels directly through skin contact. By using electrochemical sensors embedded in wristbands, combined with machine learning algorithms, we can offer real-time stress analysis that goes beyond heart rate variability. The data could then be fed into mobile apps that provide relaxation techniques or recommend lifestyle changes based on personalized insights. What excites me most is the potential for these devices to contribute to long-term health management by correlating stress levels with other biometric data.
